Sum of combinations

Hi,

Please have a look at the attached file. I need the following tasks to be done.
1. I need an inputbox to ask 'How many combinations' (I would enter '3')
2. Need an inputbox to get inputs (I may Enter A, C, D)
3. I need combination and its sum. Please see the attached file.

Third point is definitely hard for me to done, so I am requesting forum experts to help me on this.

Hi Abdul,
Thanks.
It works great however it has few issues
1. I ran it for the combination A,B and C. Macro places those combinations sum values in the corresponding rows however it also places value zero for the letters not included in the combination. Please see the row 5 in the attached file.
2. It places sum values even one column has combination letter (A,B,C) and another column has non combination letter (D,E). Please see the row 10 in the attached file.
Other than everything seems to be fine.

First issue is gone but second one still remains. Please see the attached. I ran it for the combination 'C' and 'D'.
