Macro edit help.Count and list occurences of 1 line below the marked blue lines jumps

I have a macro to check 3 cells that work flawlessly to match L7 M7 N7 on a range of 87 000 lines.It will jump to each occurrence and mark it blue.See macro Matching I am only looking for an amendment to check the cells underneath(1 line only) and list and count 3 numbers appeared the most after the numbers been found in L7 M7 N7.So the macro must count the occurrences -see the code below. .....I have already another macro with code but that will check all the columns and list data.My aim is to only list and count the data with the line and only count the 1 line after the highlighted blue line and not all the data -(Only red line marked in example attached.In my sample here attached The line that must be counted is marked red.....only as per example.So only all the red lines must be counted. If someone can only amend the macro that it will only checked the line after the blue marked line and count the red lines data only.Rep given for any help and correct amendment to achieve the above thank you
