Issue with Private Radio buttons

Hello-

Hoping someone can help!

I inherited an old Excel file that has layers and layers (and years and years) of data that I need to hang on to- I am trying to build a new system but do not want to lose this information.

One issue I have is trying to pull data into one sheet from the many others using a series of radio buttons. I pulled up the VBA code and it doesn't look alarming, but the visual itself is unreadable.

I uploaded images of what it looks like on the user end and this is how the code reads:

Since your are using a variety of controls on the worksheet, you should post a copy of your workbook. If the workbook contains any sensitive, confidential, or personal information, please redact or change it before you post.
