I've looked for help on this before but to no avail.

Looking for views again.

I have a pivot table which feeds into my dashboard. The criteria can be broken down into numerous variations using the slicers in the workbook, which all update each other where appropriate. That's simple, that's excel doing it's job.

When I add a timeline into the mix is works to amend the pivot table data which feeds into my dashboard but the slicers do not amend to show the new available fields.

straight after changing the selection on my timeline then the slicers do update.

So questions are:

Can I make the timeline automatically refresh all whenever the selection changes?
If yes; is this the right work around or is there something else I could do?
If no; What can I do to resolve this?

Not attached a sample workbook because it does this on everything I do when inserting a timeline so hopefully someone has some experience in this, otherwise I will make up any old table to attach.
