    Firing preview mode on opening

    I did put the instructions

    Worksheets("Feuil1").Activate
    Worksheets("Feuil1").PrintPreview

in the workbook_Open event but it freezes on the Excel opening screen. The sheet is a pivottable that works just fine othewise.

What would be the best method?

Unfortunately I don't see anything specific to my problem with your link.

That link specifically deals with how to get a Print Preview of a Pivot Table, which is treated differently from normal sheet print previews.

Sorry, but that is how far I can assist, since I avoid Pivot Tables like a plague.

    Regards.

Re: Firing preview mode on opening

I am sorry but I fail to see a difference; it uses the same .PrintPreview instruction that I mentioned. I used that instruction on a different event and it worked.

The wanted result is to have it opened automatically at start-up. I used the open event but I must be doing something wrong....
