VBA to paste special text

I have looked around and cant find a solution. I do a lot of pasting from the internet and always need to do paste special and select text instead of command V. Is there a way to set something up that when I hit command D it automatically does paste special text? The problem with macros in excel 2011 for Mac is I think you can only assign three keys to make it happen instead of two keys like command D or another letter, Unless I just dont know how. any help would be great.
