Colour Doughnut chart segment based on cell conditional format

Good morning all,

I'm new to the forum, I have a file attached with a doughnut chart that I am trying to automatically colour each segment based on the data source cell format. The doughnut chart is set with equal size segments (all valued at 1) and each cell is conditionally formatted a different colour based on the value from 1-5 in a different range. Basically I'm trying to create a sort of doughnut heat map.

I found some code to do this but it doesn't seem to be picking up my chart please would someone be able to take a look?

Awesome Andy thanks for that I didn't realise that there was two different expressions for doughnuts and thanks for picking up the split error!
