    Sorry for off-topic interjection:

Although there is no official rule regarding this behavior, we request that wherever possible both the question AND the answer be provided in substantive detail here within the thread. An attached workbook is an excellent aid for posing a question and offering a solution, but solely doing that with no in thread explanation makes it difficult for researchers to understand or consider the Q & A of this thread without downloading what may be a pointless doc to them, if they can do that at all. Doing that also hides the content from search engines so others may never benefit from this.

I'm sure you understand, and we look forward to seeing you post your formulas/macros in your posts for the searching benefit of all.

Thanks again for all your hard work here!

For I was sorry, because I thought nobody understands File read.
    Back to my problem
Each day has 24 hours from 1-24
    For example, the first day:
    1. Find Max2m:
    - Select column A to take days
    - Select from 1 hour to 24 hours column B
    - Select column E to retrieve Max value is 11.7
    - Select the column F to retrieve ff is S
    - Select the column G to grab Hour is 11:10
    2. Find Max2s:
    - Select column A to take days
    - Select from 1 hour to 24 hours column B
    - Select column H to get the Max value is 14.3
    - Select column I to get ff is S
    - Select columns J to take Hour is 11:19
    ----------
    Can someone help me.
    Thank you.

    Here is a partial solution.
    1. Use the OFFSET function to calculate the range of cells corresponding to the day of the month:

    2. Find the Max for the day:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    Or use INDEX:

    3. Find the dd (direction(?))
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    4. find the time:
