Copy from cell in column C to Column B if Column B is empty

Hi all,

How would I go about this:
Column A has 10,000 or so items.
Column B has some items with a value.
Column C has some other items with a value.
Edit: Quite often both columns may not have a value, and this is ok.

If the cell in column B is empty, copy from the same row column C cell and paste value in column B. Repeat through all rows in column A.

I realise this could be done with a formula, but that hasn't panned out as odd stuff is happening to my data as I'm using filters and the copy/paste process seems to be messing up. Seems better to use a line by line macro.
