Do-Over - Noob Error w Nonfunctioning Macro

Trying to use a VBA script to insert an automatic page break when a column value changes. Watched a YT demo that works, but mine errors out w/ "application-defined or object-defined error."

Progress, and thx! That ran successfully, but looks like it inserted page breaks before and after the row that changed. Just need the break before the row that changed.
