Another one... VBA button including macro to move completed tasks to another spreadsheet

I know that a few have already asked the same or similar question and have received a custom code for their specific problem.

However, I am still such a noob when it comes to VBA and macros that I am not able to transfer their code to my file.

Are you able to help me with my file?

    What I need:

a button on the "Tracker" Sheet, which will trigger following action:
Filter all rows with the value "yes" in column "I"
    Cut (not copy) these rows
Paste these rows in the Sheet "completed" under the last item

    Hope my request is clear...?

    Thanks
