Thanks for taking a look, this is now changing the cell value in the range L47 but to 0. I have formulas in cells I17:I21 could this be why?

Do you want to copy the formulas only from cells I17:I21 or the values only?

It is always easier to help and test possible solutions if we could work with your actual file. Perhaps you could post a copy of your file. Include a detailed explanation of what you would like to do referring to specific cells and worksheets. If the workbook contains confidential information, you could replace it with generic data.

I have atatched the file, thankyou for looking. Hopefully it will make sense when you open it.

I have more message boxes but these work fine its just the updating in cells L47 in teh calculator sheet thats causing an issue, its just not
udating.

I had a look at your file and I find it difficult to determine exactly what you are trying to do. There are many rows which are hidden and there are many cells that are merged. Merged cell almost always cause problems for Excel. The first thing I would do is unmerge all the merged cells. Then the macro can reference one cell at a time instead of a range. Unhide all the rows and make them all the same size so that they are visible. Also, include the entire data set not just a sample part of it. Start from the beginning and give a step-by-step explanation of what you are trying to accomplish referring to specific cells and sheets. Attach the revised file and we'll have another try at it.
