macro count cells with value and insert rows acordanly

hello i finally gave up on this and aske here for help.

i got a range B13:B26 i need to Count how many cells that have a value.

then insert (in another sheet) the same amounts of New rows

example: in range 3 cells have a value. in my other sheet i need to insert 3 rows under row 3 and copy formula and lines from below

this all wil be added to a button that have the macro assigned
