I am trying to make this simple inventory tracker, but it's been a while since I did any VBA and my mind is drawing a blank! I am hoping someone out there can give me a little kick start and then I can finish my project. I have attached a simple worksheet, where on the calc sheet shows I selected item "B" and a quantity of 3 items will be used. When I print this with an active-x button to pdf, I want this value to be reduced on the inventory worksheet. Where I am perplexed is how does it find the correct item in the list? I am thinking maybe vlookup? Thanks for any help provided!
