VBA Code working in Excel 2010 but not in 2013 or 16

    Hi all,

Can anyone help with this problem! My VBA code works perfectly in Excel 2010 but whenever I try to run it in Excel 2013 or 16, Excel crashes and closes down. Does anybody have any idea why this is happening. Code that works in 2010 but not in 2013 or 16 is below.

Any help would be appreciated. This is so frustrating.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi

Are you able to upload the workbook so that we can see the problem in context?

    Hi,

Sorry not really. The spreadsheet has a lot of information in it that I am not able to put on here because it's a spreadsheet from my work.

Are you still able to help?

Are you not able to anonymise it?

We don't need absolutely everything so delete superfluous stuff just leaving enough such that the problem that you observe is still there. This is one of those requests where we really need to observe and test ourselves.

What are the R4, R5, R6....etc. references, just as a matter of interest?

    Hi,

Sorry for the late response. R4 etc. referred to textboxes within a userform. I've been looking into this issue all weekend and after reading several forum posts and articles, it seems the problem is Microsoft office itself and not the code. Apparently it instability issues that cause crashes.

Very frustrating. I'm currently looking for a workaround, although for the short term my firm will be using excel 2010, which is ideal.

Thanks for your replies and help though. Much appreciated.
