Highlight time in green based on real time?

Hey guys,

So I am laying out a task list with the Time in column A (see attached) and the Task in column B. I am wanting it to color the time cell in green based on the real time. Can this be done? Feel free to reformat how I have the time laid out if needed. I just want it to color the time cell in green - so if it is 7:45 it would highlight the 7:30-8:00 box.

This is probably a bit of an odd request, but I would like to see if it can be done.

If you create few helper columns this is pretty doable.
