Macro to add a row in a table , and create folder and a link

Hello Excel's Masters.

I'm praying for an answer here,
It is a big project, and a big favor to ask in one post, I've added a little excel file that explained what the macro I'm trying to obtain is having, and I've no chance of completing a macro that I desperately needs,
I'm really do my praying here to get a big help from you guys pls.
