Conditional formatting the value in Matrix

Morning all,

I have a matrix to display different items with a link to their file in each result. The row and column criteria are chosen from two list boxes above and I need to highlight the cell which displays the result of the details matched above.

The linked cell for Fault list box is V15 and for ATM Type it's V20.

I'm struggling simply because I think I'll need to use an array but I can't seem to ctrl+shift+enter this in conditional formatting.

Solved now with some playing around, using Excel hierarchy I placed the conditions in a new order to achieve what I wanted.
