Barcode scanner help

Hi

we are actually using a USB scanner and scanning a barcode automatically into cells which is working good but we have two more column for salcode and opr no for salcode we have another card which is scanned using usb scanner and details to be entered in cells and a pop up message for entering opr no.Am attaching the sheet below.
