automatically add a page break

I am working on a massive workbook and need a way to consistently add in page breaks. I've come up with a formula for a helper column that will "count" where the page breaks need to be, but I don't know much about VBA. Any help?

My helper column is in this form:

1
1
1
1
1
2
2
3
3
3
3
3
3
4
4
4
4
4
5
5
5

etc.

I need a page break inserted every time the number changes.

Change the A to helper Column you use

Similar to Leo's, change column A to suit. Run from a Module with the sheet active. Run on a backup copy as usual when testing code.
