Macro to move data to the left when there are blank cells.

I'm trying to figure out where to start on this one.

I have a spreadsheet with numerous columns that I'll use to merge into another document. I'm trying to make the creation of the spreadsheet easier buy having columns line up to the same headers (it's related to reporting) however I'd like my end file to have blank cells removed.

I'm attaching an excel workbook with 2 tabs. The first is before the picture with the second tab being how I'd like it to look after.

Can someone tell me the best way to create a macro?
