how to insert a Row

Hi ,
I have a table as below and every time when I input the group name and press the add button, a new & blank row will be inserted below the previously last row of the same group
e.g I input the group name of LRG3 @ cell I3 then press the add button, a blank row will be inserted below the previously last Row of LRG3 (Row12) to Row 13 and the its group name can automatically be input.
besides, a new worksheet will be added after "RTUL05" with the sheet name @ cell(C,13), "RTUL06"
