Horizontal and vertical scroll bar and a time line to reflect todays date

HELP. Please see the attached doc. I would really appreciate a horizontal and vertical scroll bar and a time line to reflect todays date. Yellow box on the sheet should make it clearer. I would like to know how to get a window that moves left right and up / down with the other areas fixed.

Really appreciate the response and I learned a little more from the video.

I've just had a stab at it and failed miserably. It put four quadrants up and mirrored the top left in bottom left. My skill level is very low on excel.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

I can freeze top row and first column but I can then freeze the legend. I cant see how splitting the screen resolves this?
