Copy filtered Range, Remove Filter, Find 1st Empty Cell from the bottom, Paste VBA

I am having trouble with copying & pasting with a filtered Range.

I need to filter a range, copy it, remove the filter, find the first empty cell from the bottom up, and paste

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

It is taking the top 10 ranked competitors, and moving them into the next round.
