Write ALL Items in List Box into cell in excel, separated by commas

Hi guys,

I am new to vba but have managed to set up a user form with 2 listboxes. Listbox1 reads in a range of countries and via 2 command buttons I can select several of the countries and make them appear in listbox2. This all works fine but I am now trying to generate an output, that is I want all the countries contained in listbox 2 to be written into a single cell in excel, separated by commas. I have been trying to solve this task for a while but cannot make this work. Any help would be appreciated!!!
