Row source property error

Hi All

I have the following code that needs to populate my listBox.....Produces a error message" Cannot set row source property value". Have been through web to check out error message reasons. Don't know what I'm doing wrong. Can't seem to set the Row source in Property with this Sheet1!A2:h87 either.

Any idea why it works if I name the Range i.e

That code is not running- the event is userform_initialize. Do you have a sheet called Sheet1 in the same workbook as the user form?

Thanks for response. Yes Sheet1 is called Sheets("Stock Sheet")
