How to extract an individual details, while the same individual come for 2nd time

Dear forum,

I want to extract the individual person's details, when his entry happens second time in the data set. Model data attachment with requirement has been available in the thread.

Requirement Description:

I have a master data set, which covers the visitors profile and service records of an individuals in health center. Master data set has 94 columns (A: CQ), in which D:AQ columns has their personal and permanent details.

A column - Sl.No
B column - Date
C column - Name of the visitor

When a visitor comes 1st time (New) to the health center, The entire personal and permanent details are entered (D: AQ column) and status of visit is entered as "New" in Column H as well as automatic Unique ID in Column L.

More over, I have done a VBA Code with help of forum to get the automation status of 2nd time (Repeat) visit by the same individual. When the same person comes 2nd time to the health center, the Column H will get the status as "Repeat" and Column L will get the same unique ID given in the first time.

In addition to that, now i want to have the details of D: AQ for the same individual, while he comes for 2nd time also. Existing VBA code for your kind notice.
