Populate a combobox with unique names from a growing list

Hi, I have this workbook where users key in data in "Add Case" tab of a userform. The data gets populated into worksheet "Case Log" into the respective columns. How do I code combobox2 to get the unique names from worksheet "Case Log" column A? I tried some codes found in the forum and it works fine with existing data, but goes haywire when more data is added
