Match multiple data & Return value Macro

Need a macro to:

Sheetname: Prod Data
Column A = Dates
Column D = Names
Column F = Need productivity Results

Sheetname: Productivity
Column A = Dates
Column B = Names
Column L = Productivity Results

If:
Sheetname: Prod Data Column A = Dates matches
Sheetname: Productivity Column A = Dates
&
Sheetname: Prod Data Column D = Names matches
Sheetname: ProductivityColumn B = Names

Return value from
Sheetname: Productivity Column L = Productivity Results in Sheetname: Prod Data Column F = Need productivity Results

Both criteria must be meet and if matched the correct value from "Column L = Productivity Results" is returned in the correct row in "Column F = Need productivity Results"

Hope this makes sense

Works great.

Now Im trying to change the data instead of matching the week ending date I want it to match the month ending in Prod data

So still names matching the same &
column B in prod data Month ending to match column A in Productivity sheet

If a match return the value from column F in Productivity in column E in Prod data
