Requesting for an help here to provide an Macro/Function/VB Script to reach my solution
Query: Want to copy A : D columns with all rows from "Build Report" sheet to "Testing Dashboard" sheet of columns A:D based on C2 input matches with Build Report: column D. For Help attaching the reference documents.

It appears that you have three different categories in the Target worksheet. Prep, Execution and Planning. What do these have to do with the specific releases. What should the end result look like. Not enough information provided to give you an answer.

A few questions for clarification: On sheet "Testing Dashboard" you have three sections, Prep, Execution and Planning. In which section do you want to paste the data from the "Build Report" sheet? Also, the "Release" on the "Build Report" sheet is in column D but in the "Testing Dashboard" sheet it is in column E. I think it wold be helpful if you could attach another copy of your file with the "Testing Dashboard" populated with some data so we can see the end result of what you are looking for.

Updated the the sheet with simplified view and modified query
Query: Want to copy A : C row-wise values from "Build Report" sheet to "Testing Dashboard" sheet From cells A5 :C5 based on input of Release in C2 cell matching with column D values of Build Report sheet.
