Assign a searched value from another sheet to a variable?

I'm going through a loop looking at 2 columns. The 1st has dates and I'm trying to look up the dates in a set of columns on another worksheet called "Inputs".

I'd like to get the data from the "Inputs" worksheet and put in into the currently open worksheet and then cycle through additional worksheets.

I was thinking about using something like VLOOKUP, but I couldn't get it to work. I also tried using the "Find" function and activating the found value, but that didn't work. I searched online, but couldn't find anything.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

It's tough to go through and calculate exactly what when I'm finished for a before and after example, but hopefully the attached worksheet will give some idea.

My macro goes and I'm able to work with the input date and the dates in the columns to do some other calculation, but I need to reference the input sheet just to take the data in calculating an annual amount. I don't know how to reference it
