Userform Controls Postion

Hello experts,
I have a dynamic userfom that I'd like to use code to position the controls based on values in worksheet. If a cell meets a given condition the corresponding control on the userform is visible or not. I am using two frames to group all controls with depending on the type of data they represent.

As controls are hidden I'd like shrink the userform and frames, I can do this on my own. What I don't know is if it's possible to have the control be positioned relative to another?

I.E........Frame 2 top height some distance from the bottom of frame 1...........

That way as the controls are hidden and the userform and frames shrink in size the distance between remains the same.

I'd usually define the 'Margin' as a Constant to make it easier to experiment with different gaps between controls.
