Issue with Open, copy, close Macro - when trying to close workbook Clipboard error

So basically I have the code doing what I want it to, but I really want to close, or better yet not open at all, the workbook I'm copying from to close after I copy the data. The issues I run into are 1.when trying to close I get a saving prompt 2. after I entered code to suppress that I get a clipboard has a large amount of data prompt and if I try to suppress that, the paste code fails.

Any help would be greatly appreciated... and like I said if there is a way to not even have to activate the sheet and just do the copying in the background, that would be even better!!!!
