Check Matches within a column

Hello,
I have a spreadsheet with two columns (see attached).
I need a macro to check if every “Space Count’s” “ Space” has at least one matching value in the “Space” Column, not accounting for the items named “Space Count” in the “Subject” Column and display a message indicating how many “ Space Counts “ have no matches.
In this case the message should be:
“2 Space Counts do not have a Space match”
