Macro problem

I'm Nilan Shashintha

I have little bit problem in my excel 2016 version please some one help me
when I open a excel sheet included macros , MS excel cant open the macro part and every time display a massage to reinstall the MS excel.
but i reinstall multiple times its not solve.
