VBA Help for Data searching and finding corresponding data

I am very new to VBA so would appreciate any help. Unfortunately I am stuck and I do not know how to start.

I have a table

1. Check whether B2 is In or Out
2. If it is "In" then find the next Out and then subtract the Out Qty from column A with the In Qty from A2. (in this case 50-65)
3. Then find the next "In" (B9) and then again find the next Out (B12) and then subtract.

I know we have to use while and If else statement but i am unsure as to how to do it. Please any help will be appreciated.
