How do i load pictures into the image frame in the worksheet?

I created a programme which uses an image control or a userform to load pictures, but anytime I try it there is an error

object or object block not defined or object or object block not set

I attach the worksheet.

I could be mistaken but it appears the program is looking for the image(s) location. It can't load the image because it doesn't know where they are located.
