Macro to insert rows

Hi,
I am looking for a macro to insert a number of rows. This number of rows will vary (i.e. I may need 20 one day, 30 the next and so on), so my thinking is that the macro would refer to a number in cell A1 and then insert the required number of rows.

Maybe something like:

Or even this, which would negate the need to have the number in A1, but instead asks for you to state the required number of rows in an input box.
