Bringing information forward from a chart based on 3 criteria

I'm looking for help with what I hope is a simple coding exercise. I started to solve for what I want using IF and AND statements. I think it would work and, there has to be an easier way with code.

In short, the user would enter three variables on an Input tab (type, color and size) and the program would return the appropriate recommendation from the Chart tab based on the three variables. I've included an description of what I am looking for on the attached.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Please see the attachment. I've used helper columns and the VLOOKUP function.

    Thanks, this works perfectly!

Our town is raising money for a 'any and all' kids playground (accessible by all) and I will make a donation.

Question Re: Bringing information forward from a chart based on 3 criteria

I found one small thing on your solution - if possible, I want the program to also consider the type. In other words, the program should look at the Type on the Input tab and determine if the value is between the Type range on the Chart tab. If yes, them make the recommendation and if not, go on to the next type.
Do you think that is possible?

    THANKS!
    Tom
