Invalid procedure call or argument

Hello, I have a Form Control Combo Box that when changed, updates a pivot table filter. I currently get the error Invalid procedure call or argument when making a selection change. My Pivot Table name is PivotTable1. I think it has something to do with the line below,

does this have to be strictly defined?, any insight would be appreciated,, I've pasted the rest of the code below.

Yes, its in the range H5. I just deleted the old pivot table and pasted in another fresh one, saved and closed the file and re-opened it and tried it. It works!
However, now have to re-write all of the calculated fields..
