    With above code I am able to insert row, but copy and formulas past option not working

    Can you please give code for formulas past option.

    You cannot PASTE into a locked cell on a protected sheet. This means before the sheet is protected, you need to first unlock the protection flag on the cells where you want PASTE to work.

    As for being able to PASTE into an inserted row, keep in mind that newly inserted rows inherit their characteristics from the row/cells above. So as long as the inserted row is below an unprotected row you will be able to paste into it as well.
