    Macro | Formatting a list

I only have a limited amount of experience with writing macros and this one in particular is a bit strange because I need to find a way to delete rows between rows with text and there isn't a way to predict each time how many rows exist. With a macro it needs to be automated so I can't just delete the rows since the number of rows could be different. I'm solid with formulas but this is a bit new. If you could help, that would be great! The first tab has the data and the second tab includes which columns it needs and the format. Thanks!

Since we both work in San Mateo, I thought I can try to help. I am only helping with the first part, which deleting the empty rows. The second part you can probably figure out use macro recorder.

Awesome... thank you so much! I was able to delete the columns and make it overall look good.. but what is the best way to add borders and row colors where the number of rows can change? It's easy to do that with a defined range of cells, but if they chance, then how do you program Excel to understand that? Thanks!
