attach file in an outlook email from specific folder

dear all ,

I would like to have a macro that create an email and than wll attch a file that is selected from the user.
I would like that the user can pick the file to attach directly from the folder that should showup to allow him to select the file to attch .

this is e macro I have tried to use but it only open the file I choose and not attach it to the email :

tks so much for your help.
it works fine but I would like to directly open a specific folder from wich the user can select the file to attach ...
is there any chanse to do that ?
