VBA to fill down using array

I I need to fill down from G2:G using a:a as the column to fill down to
using O:O cells as the Array
so when text changes in A column then numbers start again from 1
Number will always start from 1 but can end in any digit from 2 to 24
depending on the text in column O:O
This problem was answered previous by a expert but it didnt us the array
so I am hoping it will be answered here
