Help with .formula referencing named range and ribbon entry

Happy Friday!

I have been battling this single line of code all day. I am getting a Run-time error '1004' Application-defined or object-defined error in this line,

The variable text is pulled from a ribbon tool. The named range Rng_ScrollCounter_ is dynamic. I need to combine Rng_ScrollCounter_ plus the text entered in the ribbon tool to created a new named range.

Your help is greatly appreciated. I have tried all combinations of single and double quotes, an ampersand in the middle and anything else I could think of.
