Find the next non-empty cell in column range

I have written a code to execute if the the cells are not empty. How ever if the cells are empty i want excel to search for non empty cell, in that column downwards and if a non-empty cell is found, then apply the first code. Here is my code till now

FYI i have used relative references with macro recorder to the above code. the column i am looking to perform the macro is in Column E
