Matching Three Criteria And Paste Value

Hello,

Please reference attached workbook.

I have three sets of criteria that need to be matched and value pasted into the cell when all criteria are matched.

I have attached a workbook for an example. While I do have some knowledge in VBA, I have't really worked with Index / Match (especially with three criteria) - I appreciate any assistance on this.

If you modify your spreadsheet as shown in the attached to make the week as follows: OctWeek 1, OctWeek 2, etc. then this code will work
