Copy every fifth cell, then paste in the three cells below each?

Good Morning Everyone!

I am having a hard time finding a way to do this, so I figured I'd check with the experts. Is there a way to use vba to copy every fifth cell in column A, and then paste those values in the three cells directly below each? I've attached a sample worksheet that shows how my project is set up. I'd like the item name to display next to each of the quarters for the same item in column b. There is then a space between items. Hopefully that made sense.
