Auto Mail reminder from Outlook

Hello Experts,

Please suggest me in creating a macro in Outlook, so that as soon as Outlook is started, the Codce will run after every 12 Hours & send auto email as a reminder to users specified in the stored excel file.

The Attached file is stored in "D:/Drive"
The file will be closed,

The logic to send the reminder to users will be as shown in excel sheet..


Column A have Emp ID.
Column I have Date of joining
Column AG have Email ID.
Column AH have Reminder Count.


Now the logic here is if the column AH have value as 1 then only the data of that row needs to be sent as a n attachment to ID mentioned in COlumn AG..

How can we set a macro in outlook & puta code to run the reminder on the basis of the data form that excel.. Please sugge

But i need a code which outlook will execute... Not excel.. cant have excel macro..
Outlook vba code can help.. but puzzled to search the logic in google

But why u want to run it through outlook? U can do it if you can create an array of all the sendto emails...i think...

It is because the excel file will be in shared drive.. it will not be a macro file. no one will open the excel file.. so without opening the excel file only outlook can use the data from excel & shoot the emails.. correct me if I am wrong.. I don't know that much on this..

How will the emails be autotriggered from the data available in excel.. I am puzzled
