How do I scroll through a spreadsheet while displayed on a TV Screen?

At work I have developed a spreadsheet that extracts records from our work order DB and displays on a spreadsheet. This spreadsheet automatically updates every few minutes to display the latest work orders in the system. I would like to know to write a macro to scroll through the different rows and then return to the top and start over. I will be displaying this on a TV screen for the department to review. I thought about that but my spreadsheet is always changing with updates in the DB it gets its info from. Not sure I can setup PP to update text from excel file dynamically.

Use ScrollRow property and DoEvents statement …
